[9a-Z27-9] Control of carrier concentration and superconducting transition
of Bi2Sr2-xLaxCuO6+δ films
Keywords:superconductor
An attempt to modulate the superconducting transition temperature by the electric field effect dates back to 1960, and the high temperature cuprate superconductor discovered in 1986 is expected to have a large electric field effect because TC changes greatly depending on the carrier concentration. We focused on Bi-based cuprate high-temperature superconductor, Bi2Sr2CuO6+δ, which has the thinnest conductive layer, and fabricated Bi-2201 and Bi(La)-2201 in which a part of Sr was replaced with La, The superconducting transition property and the carrier doping amount were evaluated.
