Keywords:analog neuron chip, synapse devices, nonlinear characteristics

In this study, we have developed static analog neuron circuits consisting of a comparator and resistive synapses and demonstrated their low-power and fast-speed analog multiplier accumulations and stable firing operations on the CMOS LSI. We report nonlinear device characteristics as an exploration for new principles for future analog neuron circuits with ultra-low power consumption.
