[9a-Z29-12] Self-folded multilayer graphene

The thin films composed of dielectrics, multi layer graphene and sacrifice layer are formed on a substrate. By removing sacrifice layer, the thin film self folded into a cylinderical shape. The curvature radiuses of the cylinderical shapes depended on the thickness of dielectrics. Raman spectrum showed no deformations of graphene on the cylinderical surfaces. Drain current characterics indicated linear curve which reflects on semimetalic characteristics of the multilyer graphene.
