細胞・組織の力学情報は、細胞機能のメカニズムの理解に欠かせない。原子間力顕微鏡（AFM）は、細胞・組織の力学特性を高い時空間分解能で計測できる利点をもつ。本講演では、AFMを用いた細胞レベル、および組織レベルのナノメカニクス・レオロジー計測の定量化の現状、課題、今後の展望について述べる。
