Time series data obtained by gas sensor measurements contain various information reflecting interactions between gases and sensing units. In this study, we developed a gas sensor system that estimates water temperature from vapor by focusing on Transfer Function Ratios (TFRs), which depend on water temperature. We measured water vapors at different temperatures with Membrane-type Surface stress Sensors (MSS). We calculated TFRs from the measurement data and developed regression models.
