[9p-Z11-12] High resolution Patterning of Silver Toner Particles for Printed Electronics

Printed electronics technologies are expected as novel and additive fabrication process for flexible electronic devices. Present main stream in the printed electronics use inks, however, making electronic material inks have strict limitation in both electronic material and its solvent. And in addition, it is also known that several technical issues exist in ink-based printed electronics. We have developed toner-based printed electronics technologies and achieved circuit pattern drawing using Ag toner particles.
