Optical wireless power transmission is expected to have higher efficiency by irradiating solar cells with laser light instead of sunlight. In this study, the efficiency was further improved by irradiating the infrared multi-junction solar cell with a laser having a wavelength suitable for the material of each layer. The InGaAsP/InGaAs solar cells were simultaneously irradiated with two types of infrared lasers of 980 nm and 1550 nm, and a conversion efficiency of 17.0 % was obtained.
