[9p-Z17-5] Realization of Linear-Shift Point-Spread Function by Multiplexed Computer-Generated Hologram
Keywords:Bessel beam, Computer-generated hologram, Three-dimensional imaging
We are developing a novel two-photon excitation microscope technique that utilizes a Bessel beam (needle spot) as a scanning excitation spot and Airy beam conversion for fluorescent signals, enabling rapid acquisition of three-dimensional images. In the present study, we design a new point spread function (PSF) for fluorescent detection on the basis of a technique using multiplexed computer-generated hologram. This newly designed point spread function provides linear shifting behavior for a fluorescent point image with respect to the depth position. We demonstrate three-dimensional imaging based on this PSF.
