[9p-Z18-13] Fabrication of near-infrared random lasers using a laser-induced surface roughness

I will introduce a novel fabrication technique of a near-infrared random laser using a laser-induced surface roughness. From the experiments, I confirmed that random lasing could be induced from a surface roughened GaAs substrate by intense laser pulse irradiation.
