△ [9p-Z18-2] Thermoelectric properties of Cu-Ni alloy micropatterns fabricated by femtosecond laser pulse-induced reduction of glyoxylic acid Cu/Ni mixed complexes
Keywords:femtosecond laser direct writing, reduction, Cu-Ni alloy
We investigated thermoelectric properties of Cu-Ni alloy micropatterns fabricated by femtosecond laser pulse-induced reduction of glyoxylic acid Cu/Ni mixed complexes. The prepared GACu complex solution exhibited high transmittance at the half of the wavelength of green femtosecond laser pulses, 515 nm. XRD spectra of the micropatterns fabricated by the laser direct writing indicated the diffraction peaks corresponding to Cu-Ni alloy. The Seebeck coefficient of the Cu-Ni micropatterns exhibited n-type, which was consistent with the value of Cu-Ni alloy.
