We are developing a non-empirical, scalable laser processing simulator based on the Vlasov equation which treats electronic dynamics semi-classically as non-equilibrium, open, and many-body systems. Benchmark tests are conducted on the electron dynamics inside the aluminum crystal under a femtosecond intense laser pulse, revealing the same accuracy with TDDFT. In this talk, we report the theoretical framework and comparison result with TDDFT.
