In this study, we fabricated an electroosmotic flow device and investigated the details of liquid flow induced phenomena at low electric fields. When 12 V was applied, the generated flow rate was about 100 µL/min, and no pulsation was observed. In addition, there was a proportional relationship between the applied voltage and the flow rate, and the generated flow rate when 4 V was applied was 12 µL/min. It was confirmed that the electroosmotic flow phenomenon can induce the fluid flow without pulsation at low electric field.
