Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) has attracted wide attention for the recognition of single molecules. The significant fluctuation of the single-molecule SERS induced by the change in adsorption structure make it difficult to elucidate the intrinsic effect of electronic states on SERS spectra. In this research, we investigate the effect of the electronic state on SERS spectra by measuring the SERS and current-voltage spectra of C60 molecular junction. As a result, we found C60 molecular junction transit between two different SERS active sites. It was found that the strong coupling between molecular orbital and metal electric states also enhance the SERS observation rate.
