Neurotransmitters are essential for understanding nerve action and some diseases. There is a need for a technique for directly detecting neurotransmitters in the brain. Herein, we focused on single-molecule measurement. We developed a method to measure neurotransmitters in the mouse brain by applying machine learning analysis to single-molecule measurement. We performed noise reduction and discrimination by machine learning on signals obtained from mouse brain measurement. We succeeded in developing of method to detect neurotransmitter concentration ratios consistent with previous studies.
