本研究では、後方散乱の影響を抑えるため電子線描画ソフトウェアを用いて近接効果補正を施し描画密度の異なる領域を含む導波路のパターニングを行った。さらにInPエッチングの際、方向性結合器のギャップ部をコア層上側にとどめ結合長を改善した。
