[12a-B410-3] Formation of a graphene hybrid structure by laser direct writing for sensor applications
Keywords:laser direct writing, graphene hybrid structure, sensor
Graphene oxide (GO) has a dispersibility in water or polar solvents, which enables to make a film from the dispersion to the application in printed electronics devices. A reduced graphene oxide (rGO) by laser induced reduction has a conductivity. The conductive patterning of an rGO film is possible by laser direct writing. In this study, an antenna pattern consisting of an rGO/Cu hybrid was prepared by laser direct writing on a GO/CuO nanorods (NRs) hybrid film. The response to the dielectric properties of solvents was observed in the return loss spectra of an antenna type sensor device.
