[12a-B414-4] Coherent electric field sampling of resonant tunneling diode terahertz oscillators

Resonant tunneling diode (RTD) oscillator is a semiconductor device that can emit continuous wave terahertz radiation just by supplying DC bias voltages. We performed injection locking of RTDs using phase-locked picosecond terahertz pulses and succeeded in coherently sampling the electric field emitted from RTDs. In this presentation, we report on the electric field measurement in the time region right after the injection.
