成膜プロセス中に非破壊・非接触で測定ができる分光エリプソは、既に市販のMBE装置に組み込まれ、広範囲に用いられている。しかし専ら2次元成長に限られ、モフォロジーが時間的に変化する3次元成長への適用はない。今回、SiO₂上へのGeドット成長の中間段階において、適用可能な層構造のモデルを検討し、シミュレーションとの比較を行った。
