We fabricated the transparent conductive films using the CNT ink including 10 mg of CNT, 1% ethylcellulose and 1% N-methylpyrrolidone for optically transparent antennas. TFSA and AgTFSI were used for the p-type carrier doping in the CNT films. The sheet resistance and the optical transmittance of the doped CNT films were investigated. The sheet resistance of the CNT films doped using TFSA was lower than that of the CNT films doped using AgTFSI. The decrease in the optical transmittance in the case of the TFSA doping was negligible compared to that of the pristine sample over a wide range of spectra.
