[12a-PA2-33] Terahertz emission from graphene due to Landau-level optical transition
Keywords:Graphene
Graphene exhibits a gapless linear band dispersion. Due to the unique band dispersion, unequally spaced Landau-levels (LLs) are formed under a high magnetic field in graphene. The purpose of this work is to detect Terahertz emission through the LL optical transition and to understand nonequilibrium carrier dynamics in current biased conditions. In this talk, we discuss the relationship between the applied electric power and emission intensity in a standard Hall bar sample.
