[12a-PA2-36] Estimation of background permittivity for graphene on sapphire using THz-spectroscopy

We have reported that it was possible to measure the electrical properties of graphene on sapphire without any electrodes by transmitting optical spectroscopy using THz-TDS. To characterize the electrical properties, the Drude weight and scattering time were used for the parameters of Drude model. However, another parameter, background permittivity, was fixed to 1. In this report, we estimated the background permittivity, as the parameter of Drude model.
