[12a-PA2-41] Molecular Dynamics Study of Thermal Conduction properties of Electron-Irradiated Graphene Nanoribbon

In this study, the effect of electron beam irradiation on the thermal properties of graphene nanoribbons (GNR) was analyzed by molecular dynamics. The behavior of carbon atoms in the GNR while introducing the electron beam irradiation effect at constant time intervals into the GNR was calculated by the molecular dynamics method. For the structure of the GNR irradiated with electrons, the heat flux was derived by introducing a heat bath with a temperature difference, and the change in thermal conductivity was analyzed.
