Keywords:bilayer/bilayer graphene superlattice, transfer technique for two-dimensional material, strongly correlated phenomenon

Graphene superlattices, in which single-layer graphene layers are stacked at a certain angle, have been receiving great attention because of their strong correlated insulating/superconducting states. Following them, strongly correlated transport phenomena similar to that of single-layer superlattices are also discussed in “bilayer/bilayer graphene” superlattices, where thermodynamically stable AB-stacked bilayer graphene layers are stacked with a certain angle. Here, we show the fabrication of the folded AB-stacked bilayer/bilayer graphene superlattice devices and their carrier transport properties.
