[12a-PA2-74] Fabrication and Evaluation of hBN-encapsulated Monolayer MoSe₂ with CNT local gate

In this work, in order to realize tunable confined-excitons at 1D limit in MoSe₂, we have investigated fabrication and optical properties of MoSe₂ devices with CNT local gate. The detailed method and PL spectra and images will be discussed in this presentation.
