In order to development of hydrogen sensor based on magentic properties measurement, the simple system to detect the relative change in magnetization by hydrogen absorption was constructed. The system was based on the hall voltage measurement which include the extraordinary hall effect. The hall voltage of ferromagnetic PdCo thin film decreased with increasing hydrogen partial pressure in N2 and dry air, and this behavior was similar to the magnetization of PdCo film. From the results, we revealed that the system could be measured the hydrogen concentration in gas phase.
