[12a-PB3-17] Benzophenone single crystal growth by Cz method and evaluation of crystallinity

We have fabricated a new crystal growth equipment for organic semiconductor single crystals by Czochralski method. Using this equipment benzophenone single crystals could be grown. In addition, the crystallinity of the obtained single crystals characterized by using X-ray diffraction and X-ray topography.
