本研究では、C₈-BTBTを用いて溶液プロセスにより薄膜を作製し、原子間力顕微鏡（AFM）により表面形状を評価し、作製したOTFTを対象にケルビンプローブフォース顕微鏡（KFM）を用いて動作中のデバイスの表面電位分布を評価し、有機膜の構造と電気特性との相関を議論する。
