SiO2/Si界面の界面準位は同界面周辺のダングリングボンド（DB）が主な起源と考えられ，多くの欠陥種が実験的に発見・同定されている．しかしながら，そのDBの理論的形成メカニズムを定量的に解析した例はほとんど報告されていない．本報告では，「箱庭法」を用いたSiO2/Si(100)界面の界面準位密度の算出手法を提案する．
