[12p-A301-3] Synthesis and characteristics of RE3GaO6 (RE: rare earth) oxide ion conductors found by materials informatics

Shin Tajima1, Nobuko Ohba1, Akitoshi Suzumura1, Seiji Kajita1, Joohwi Lee1, Ryoji Asahi1 (1.Toyota Central R&D Labs.)

Keywords:materials informatics, oxide ion conductors, machine learning

New oxide ion condcutors was predicted by materials informatics (MI) using supervised machine learning. The materials were synthesized by a solid state reaction and the properties were estimated. As a result, the properties were similar to those predicted by MI.
