本講演では，我々がこれまで行ってきたリン化物半導体を用いた太陽電池の研究を例として，相図（状態図）や化学ポテンシャル図などを用いた相平衡の考え方を，半導体プロセスにどのように応用してきたかを述べ，今後の展開について議論する。
