[12p-B409-8] Study on light attenuation of UVC-LEDs in the atomosphere

We measured the effect of the light path length of collimated light on deep ultraviolet (265 nm) and green (525 nm) LED, only deep ultraviolet LED confirmed the light attenuation. The light of UVC-LED with the wavelength of 265 nm was attenuated approximately 65% at the light path length of 20cm. As a result, big problem for sterilization in the atmosphere is clarified.
