This study aims to develop a novel computing device in which Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET)-utilized inter-nanoparticles “FRET network” is a fundamental principle. In this talk, the author will introduce previous and related studies leading to a mathematical model of the FRET networks necessary for that aim. In addition, the author will present his mathematical model of the FRET networks with spatiotemporal dynamics that reproduces the experimental results and briefly introduce some analyses to understand its properties.
