We report on current status of the development of ultra-high-intensity double CPA laser system for MIRAI high-repetition-rate laser-driven ion source. In this talk, we focus on the development of the front end division which consists of a double CPA first stage, a pulse stretcher and a pre-amplifier which influences the parameters of laser-driven energetic ions.
