[12p-D209-5] Development of large scale circuit calibration in photon- counting pixel detectors

We developed a wide energy range pixel array detector (WERPAD) for the synchrotron radiation facility of SPring-8. The detector has 9500 photon counting circuits in an each ASIC and 38000 circuits have to be calibrated in the WERPAD2 detector. This study describe a new calibration method without X-rays, assuming the energy linearity.
