[12p-D221-2] Effect of Ga content on thermoelectric properties of Ba₈Cu₅Ga_xGe_40−xP Clathrate

本研究ではBa₈Cu₅Ga_xGe_40−xPクラスレートに対してGa添加量による熱電特性への影響について報告する．出力因子PFはBa₈Cu₅GaGe₃₉Pの試料において最大となり，470 K においてPF = 9.5 μWcm⁻¹K⁻² であった．この値はBa₈Cu₆Ge₄₀の従来の報告値より大きく，筆者らが報告したBa₈Cu₅Ga₂Ge₃₈P のP×2試料と同程度であった．
