[12p-PA3-5] Field and Temperature dependences of Asymmetric Critical Current Properties in BaHfO₃-doped SmBa₂Cu₃O_yFilms

Superconducting diodes with an asymmetric critical current density J_c have been proposed. In this study, field and temperature dependences of the asymmetric J_c were investigated to clarify the effect of bulk pinning in the BaHfO₃-doped SmBa₂Cu₃O_y films. As results, the asymmetricity was suppressed below 60 K possibly due to the enhanced bulk pinning by intrinsic pinning centers.
