近年発表されたインピーダンススコピー法(IS法)の理論を基に従来のペルチェモジュールよりも高い熱応答性を示す新たなペルチェモジュールの提案を行う。また提案を行うペルチェモジュールが稼働可能であるかを検証するためIS法により新たなモジュールの材料として想定しているコンスタンタンの熱応答性の評価を試みた。
