Organic-inorganic perovskite compound CH3NH3SnI3 shows high electrical conductivity and low thermal conductivity, and is expected to be used as a thermoelectric material. In order to improve the thermoelectric performance, it has been studied to construct a micro / nano structure between the inorganic compounds and excellent thermoelectric materials such as Bi2Te3. In this study, we focus on the optimization of thermoelectric properties of organic-inorganic perovskite and the interfacial thermal resistance of organic-inorganic perovskite-Bi2Te3.
