Perovskite nanocrystals(PeNCs) are expected to be applied to various optical devices. A general approach preparing for blue emissive PeNCs is to form mixed crystals with Cl / Br ions, however the colors of electroluminescence (EL) are unstable. Here, we have synthesized blue emissive PeNCs with the quantum size effect, that can be expected to stabilize the EL spectra. We report on the emission behavior and the size effect by changing experimental conditions.
