Since electrochemical transistors with PEDOT:PSS in the active area are stable against water and have high biocompatibility, they are be expected to be applied to biosensors and chemical sensors. However, there are few reports on the electronic states during device operation, and the essential operation mechanism has not been elucidated yet. In this study, we are going to report on the study of electron spin state during device operation using electron spin resonance (ESR) measurement.
