[12p-PA6-5] Trapping and detection of single-particle using micropore integrated with Quadrupole-electrode

We fabricated a quadrupole-electrode around the micropore for single particle trapping to slow down the translocation speed of particles passing through the pore.Using this device, we trapped particles in the upper part of the micropore by dielectrophoresis, and measured the trapped particles which passing through the pore electrophoretically.In this case, when three kinds of polystyrene particles passed through the pore, we obtain three different signal heights Ip.
