In recent years, Cu2ZnSn (S, Se) 4 solar cells (CZTSSe) have attracted attention as low-cost solar cells. The CZTSSe solar cell is expected to have the highest efficiency under Cu-poor and Zn-rich composition conditions slightly deviated from the stoichiometry of Cu: Zn: Sn: (S, Se) = 2: 1: 1: 4. ing. We have prepared a CZTS coating film using stoichiometric nanoparticles as a raw material, but it is necessary to add Sn and S from the outside to make it a Cu-poor. In this study, the composition control method using Sn compound nanoparticles was examined.
