[13a-A402-10] Crystal Orientation and Solar Cell Properties of CH3NH3PbI3 Bar-coated Thin Films

Fabrication of CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) thin films in perovskite solar cells were carried out by using a bar-coating technique, which is suitable for large-scale production. In the bar-coated films, it was found that (100) of tetragonal MAPbI3 was oriented to out of plane direction of substrate despite of (110) preferential orientation. Utilizing this thin film as an active layer of solar cell, favorable solar cell properties were demonstrated.
