[13a-A402-3] Dependence of PbS QD/ZnO solar cell performance on QD layer annealing temperature

Performance of PbS colloidal quantum dots/ZnO heterojunction solar cells depend strongly on the quality of quantum dot solid layers. Here we focused on a liquid phase ligand exchange method to prepare quantum dot ink, enabling us to avoid a disruptive solid phase ligand exchange. We then deposited PbS QD ink on ZnO dense layers, and thermally annealed the QD layers at different temperatures. In the presentation, we will discuss how thermal annealing affects the solar cell performance.
