△ [13a-A402-6] Comprehensive exploration of Bi/Sb-based photovoltaic materials with various crystal structures and compositions
Keywords:perovskite solar cells, lead free, bismuth, antimony
Bismuth (Bi) and Antimony (Sb) based materials are promising candidates as substitution for lead halide perovskite because of low toxicity and high stability. However, because of the great variety of possible crystal structures and compositions of Bi/Sb-based materials, it has been quite difficult to figure out the best one from the perspective of intrinsic photoelectric nature. In this study, we applied Time-Resolved Microwave Conductivity (TRMC) measurement to evaluate photoconductivity and charge transfer from absorber to charge transfer layer, which is important nature for solar cell application. More than 40 samples are prepared and evaluated by varied measurement techniques including TRMC. Consequently, we successfully figured out the highly promising materials which showed great charge transfer property. Our study provides important perspective for development of Bi/Sb-based solar cells.
