[13a-A409-1] Development of Large-scale Calculation Method for Thermoelectric Performance of Organic Semiconductors

In order to calculate and understand thermoelectric properties of organic semiconductors, we must take strong electron-phonon interaction into account when calculating the thermoelectric properies. We improve the "Time-dependent Wave-packet diffusion" method, which can quantitatively evaluate the charge transport properties, and succeed evaluation of the thermoelectric properies. In our talk, we discuss the calculation methodology and application examples.
