Keywords:Ionic liquid polymer, Polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell, Proton conductive polymer

Polymer electrolyte fuel cell has many advantages such as light-weight, compact cell design, and low temperature operatability. However, there are some problems to conduct protons through polymer electrolyte membrane, such as to control humidity, thermal stability, and keeping high proton conductivity under high temperature. In this study, we focused on ionic liquid that has high heat resistance and proton conductivity under low humidity operation. In order to prevent the fluidity of the ionic liquid, crosslinker was added to prepare the free-standing membrane.
