In order to reduce the cost of REBa2Cu3O7 wires, we have been conducting research on a structure that uses inexpensive Cu tape as a substrate and does not use expensive Ag. In this study, (La,Sr) TiO3 (LSTO) was focused as a conductive buffer layer. The oxygen annealing time dependence of the electrical resistivity and the structure and interface state of the LSTO thin film formed on the Cu tape were systematically verified, and it was clarified that the LSTO thin film is promising as a conductive buffer layer for REBCO wire.
