[13a-B415-5] Ultrafast dynamics of coherent phonon in Bi_1-xSb_x in Weyl semimetal phase

本研究では, フェムト秒レーザーを用いた反射型ポンプ・プローブ分光法を用いて, Bi_1-xSb_xのワイル半金属領域において, コヒーレントフォノンの測定を行なった. その結果, フォノンの散乱過程がalloy散乱だけでなく, phonon-electron散乱も起因している可能性が示唆された.
