[13a-D209-3] Delelopment of CMOS camera for cosmic soft X-ray observation

We are developing a CMOS camera aboard a micro satellite for cosmic soft X-ray observations. Sensors are irradiated with monochromatic X-rays from radio isotopes and X-ray generator. Several performance items such as linearity and energy resolution are evaluated with sensors at room temperature. When we extract only single pixel event, the energy resolution is 182eV(FWHM) @ 5.9keV. Here we report spectroscopic performances using multi-pixel event. We will also report the status of the camera body design and fabrication.
